Ok its Monday that means we are in our new house,(but I've got no internet until Wednesday at the earliest) & unpacking is in full swing, Nige is back at work & the girlies are helping me, because they are getting an extra week off school lol...I just hope everything has gone to plan the way I'm hoping as I'm typing this on Thursday night ..
I managed to make the first of these two cards last week, inbetween packing & making phone calls trying to sort out different things...Oh the things you have to do when you move its a nightmare..NEVER AGAIN lololo I said that 3 years ago when we moved lol
My first DT card this fine(maybe)Monday is for Craft Your Passion, who have a fab sketch for you to follow this week
I had great fun with this sketch & decided to make another Christmas card to go in
the pile, thats slowly growing.
With this image I cut it up & stuck it down with DST & foam
pads to give it some dimension, I also used glossy accents on the hot choc
to make it look real, but you can't see it on the photo.
Stuff I Have Used
Image is a CocoDingo
IQ paper
Quick Cuts labels 3 (I think lol)
Promarkers
Mug- cool aqua & duck egg
Marshmellows- blossom & pink carnation
Hot Chocolate- cinnamon & cocoa
Spoon- ice grey 1 & 3
Ribbon, DP & snowflakes my stash
Sentiment Kanban (I think)
My second card for today is my DT card for 'The Crazy Challenge' who theme this week is 'All things Square' ....Oh! the trouble I had with this card I thought I had already done it, went to take a photo of it to get my post ready. Lol couldn't find it, looked everywhere, panicked I had packed it. Then realised I still had the image I had printed off tucked in my little DT book...so I spent 20 minutes looking through boxes looking for my papers..*oops* I did manage to find some papers but not the ones I was looking for, but they are ok I think lol
I thought you might like to see a close up, look at those eyes, they are gorgeous x
Our sponsor this week is Busy Beauties
As I am posting this early, I'm not sure what the prize is so to find out just pop over to 'The Crazy'
The DT were given some images to play with.
