I just want to apologise again for not visiting you all as often as I usually do, this gastric flu is hanging on...I still feel really rough first thing in the morning. Yesterday I didn't wake up until 1pm whats that all about? To be honest if Charlie hadn't barked to go out, I don't think I would have woken up at all.....
