'Steampunk or Vintage'

 Just to let you know, how Nige did. He managed to walk up & down Ben Nevis with no problems, but when he went to walk up Scafell Pike his back gave out on him. My poor boy, after months of training only managed Ben Nevis......but that is ok because he had already done the other two before. He is now home & safe where he belongs, I might be able to sleep tonight!

Even tho he didn't manage to finish it all I am still so proud of my gorgeous hubby xx

'Triptic'

Today is the start of a new challenge over at My Time To Craft. This week we have a challenge inspired by a set of pictures I saw in The Range. There was a gorgeous set of three canvases of one picture split into three. So I just wondered what it would look like using a stamped image on a card!

'TRIPTIC'

I really spent way to much time deciding what image to use for this, I wanted something with a lot going on. I remembered some Bugaboo images I won ages ago that I hadn't used.....so in the end I decided on this one! Oh what a faff this was to decoupage, but I think it looks ok!

'Jenna'

It's time for a new image release over at The Stamping Chef  we have a beauty for you this week!

She is called 'Jenna' & is available from The Stamping Chef store here! Why you are there make sure you have a look at some of Tamara's other fantastic images, there's something to suit everyone!!

I did something I don't usally do with this card. Usually I colour skin & hair, then decide on what papers I am going to use & then base my colours for my image around my papers! Well I decided after colouring her hair (no idea why, tablets I say...old age Nige says! You decide lol)  I would carry on colouring her clothes. Then after had an almighty panic because I hadn't picked papers oops!! But after having a rummage I found these fabby First Edition ones YAY!!! Disaster averted!

Just love these 'precious stars' thankfully got them straight away this time, instead of having to wait months to get them like I did with the 'precious hearts'!

Well I had so much fun making this card, second time around! Yeah I spilt sansodor over my first attempt, but I must admit this one looks so much better. So an angry accident turned out fab in the end!
