My First DT card for One Stitch At A Time

Just a quicky about our stoopid doggie, I said yesterday that he had hurt his leg, well last night me & Nige were watching TV & Charlie still hadn't moved much. So I was keeping an eye on him, I was watching his leg twitching & noticed blood!!! Oh well that was it panic set in (so glad I did my vet training lol) still not quite sure what he did but hes got a 2" round hole in his thigh.....Nige pinned him down whilst I bathed it in salt water. Oh my baby cried, but he cried even more when I put antiseptic cream on it lol...It doesn't look to bad today thankfully xx

This card is my first for the One Stitch At A Time DT which I am so excited about joining.  I just wanted to say thank you to all the girls for making me feel so welcome & to Liz for putting up with my emails lol x

We are getting there!!

I have an apology to make, I had totally forgotten about measuring Charlie, until Hazel mentioned it to me, but since then the silly doggie has hurt his back leg....so I am really sorry but I promise as soon as I can get him to stand up without crying (greyhounds are notoriously mardy & cry over nothing, but he has hardly moved all day, even when I was putting his dinner in his bowl, he only just lifted his head up) & I think he is ok I will measure him..thanks for understanding xx

I thought whilst I was having a brake from packing I would make a card, I also managed to pack a few crafty things that aren't gonna be used before we move (I hope so anyways lol). Spent most of the day sorting out our bedroom, I really can't believe how much stuff we have horded over the last 15 years its silly...
Anyway my card today is sooooooooooo far away from my norm, but you know what I love it...

News about a house and a card with a mouse...

Update on our house hunting...the one we looked at yesterday was just perfect, open staircase, big bedrooms, two rooms downstairs, big kitchen then disapointment a tiny yard arggghhhh!!! getting annoyed now lol.....but good news is we have a viewing on Monday, whilst we were out last night we had a drive past & it looks basically the same but the yard looks bigger...but after talking to NIge & the girls we have decided if the one on monday is no good we will take the other one. It is gorgeous & just perfect, just got no garden, but as Nige & the girls said behind the house there is a field...so a bit of a compromise x

Onto my mousey card...the image I have used is a freebie from Delightful Inspirations I only found this blog recently, I think it's a fab idea. You get a free image to download on the first week of the month, use that enter the challenge, & then for the next they email you a free image to use for the next week & so on....If your as confused as I am pop on over & have a look lol x

Really enjoyed making this card, have decided to try & use up some of my half pieces of paper that are lying around all over the place, need to use some up before we move lol....
