Which Is Sweeter?

We had an amazing weekend, didn't go to Blackpool in the end, by did go up to Hoylake & spent the day on the beach. Not one drop of rain, I do look like a panda from wearing my sunnies all day!

Charlie had a fab time running around the beach, I can't believe how quiet it was we could see about 2 other people! Nige got some amazing pictures with his new camera, the ones of Charlie are fantastic...I will post them when he lets me have them lol!!

Anyways today's card is a cutie, I just love these images & they are fab to colour. I have to admit I have been scared to use them because of the hair, but I had loadsa fun colouring her hair!!

She is such a cute & she is free!!!! Along with some other super amazing images created by the amazingly talented 'Sureya' over at Deviant Art!

In The Summer Time!

Hope your singing that song all day & lets hope it bring some sunny weather our way! We need the rain to go away at least tomorrow if we go to Blackpool!!

Anyhoos today's creation is to show you part of a fab new release over at Platypus Creek....there are the four 'Beach Icon' digi's I have used, also a set of 'Beach Icon' cut files,  which I have used to cut out the parts of the digi images I wanted to raise up a bit to give it some depth! So glad I didn't have to cut those flowers on the flip flops by hand, they were so easy with the SVG!

My DT card for this weeks MAWTT is a special make for my gorgeous hubby! When we got married nearly 14 years ago, we didn't have a lot of money for our wedding & we didn't have a honeymoon. Not that it was a problem because we had two beautiful baby girls! Well we decided a while ago to ask my mom if she would have the girls for a few nights during the six weeks holiday, so we could just have some us time, thankfully she said yes lol (not your typical nan, never see's the girls, phones them nothing unless it suits her!) Well my gorgeous hubby decided to surprise me with a weekend away in Boston in Lincoln, not only that, but he has booked the honeymoon suite with a four poster bed!!!! Sooooooooooo excited lol ! Roll on the 28th of this month!!
