Polly Pin Up!

Well this morning we are off out to look at a leopard gecko!! He is just the sweetest little thing! We saw him yesterday but Danni wasn't with us & as its for her she needs to see him before we put a deposit down on him!!!
Then I think we are off out for a walk around Doxey Marshes in Stafford its a nature reserve & really pretty & they have loads a birds so Nige & Katie will be happy! lol

Bold & Bright At CES Challenge

Well its Saturday, so that means family day at The Camels Hump...hopefully today we are getting the water sorted in Katie's fish tank, ready to buy some fish on her birthday. Which is next Sunday! I still can't believe our baby will be 13!!!!

We have kinda dug a great big hole for ourselves, agreeing to this fish tank with Katie, cus now Danni wants a gekko (sp?) mmmm can't really say no!! Its her 14th!!! in March so I've got a month to talk her out of it lol...to be honest she can have one, just glad she hasn't asked for a snake or tarantula ewwwwwwwww!!!!!!

Springtime!!!

Bring it on!!!....I can't wait for Spring to arrive I have really missed our weekend adventures over the winter! Its not the fact that its cold that doesn't really bother me its the blinkin damp, just gets in me bones & totally floors me for a few days!!!

I have so missed taking the cooker out with us (even tho we have done it twice over winter) with burgers & the kettle...having people giving you really strange looks! Its the way of life with us, we pack up the car stick Charlie & the kids in & just drive until we find somewhere to walk! Then when we get back to the car, burgers & a cuppa...just fab!!! Can't wait for the weather to get better!!!

A Perfect Spring Day!!!

Well the weather here is a bit better today, the sun is out but blinkin ek its still nippy out there!! We had rain yesterday...mmmm rain means Charlie won't go out for a wee unless I stand out there with him, with a brolly!!! Well when Liz gave me my image this week I panicked lol...always thought these silhouette images were gorgeous, but I have always been a bit afraid to use them mmmmm so when one appeared on my inbox arggghh!!! But I am really pleased with the result & I can't wait to get my next one lolol they are all just gorgeous & I can't believe how easily this card kinda fell together ..hope you like it!

I wanted to keep it black & white with a splash of red, I even asked Nige about which colour dew drops to use (red or black) he agreed black looked best lolol...

Wow! Its Saturday again & I hope the weather this weekend is better than last! I have a touch of cabin fever, really need to get out in the fresh air for a few hours...I am hoping that Nige will nip us to a place I just love going call Lady Bower

 (sp? sorry if its wrong) its just beautiful there & they have a resident family of Cormarants which are my favourite birds (yep I do have a phobia of birds lol but as long as they don't come near me I'm ok!!) so hopefully if we go we will get some pictures!! Such A Cutie!!!

Well today at The Camels Hump it has been a weird day, I had a new phone the other day (a Blackberry) & as my mate Hazel (dido) has got Blackberry too, we can message each other for free!!! So thats what we've been doing all day!!! I still don't get how she finished her card before me lol....Oh I got distracted, I popped online & ended up at Crafty Emma's & got a some Promarkers (one that are running low on ink!) lol

Then I managed to finish it, took some picture really quick before I had to nip out to get some sterilizing stuff to clean Katie's new fishtank out!! Its her 13th on the 6th Feb & she's asked for 2 fish in a tank!!! My darling hubby decided to get a tank big enough to put a blinkin dolphin in...lol but she loves it, so its all good...

Anyways onto todays card, I got this set of stamps whilst we were at Lou's over Christmas & this is the first chance I've had to ink them up...really cute!!
