Blurghhhh!!! Mens Cards!!!

I'm sure you all feel the same way sometimes! Cards for men are sooooo boring, no bling, no flowers, no glitter!!! I could go on!

Well this card is for my mate's (lou) hubby Ady & I will say I had fun making it. I have had this image from WOJ for an absolute age, it was a freebie digi ages ago & I did the usual, printed it off & stuck in my draw marked 'digi & stamped images' & there it stayed until yesterday when I decided to get super hero Henry out & have a play!!!

I am still sruggling to sit still for more than about 10-15 minutes so this is a really simple card maybe even C&S???? What do you think? LOL.....

He is such a cutie, I can't believe I've not used him before!!!

I just want to thank Hazel (dido) & her mom for helping with the colours LOLOLOL!!!!

Two Days Later & Its Finally Finished!!!

I have made a card whoooohooooo!!! It has taken me about two days to finally finish it lol...but I got there in the end! I can't believe how much I really did miss crafting!

I thought I would make a card for Nige just to let him know I love him lots & that if it wasn't for him I would never have gotten through this last week!!

When I came out of hospital Nige gave me some pennies to spend to cheer me up!! So I managed to get online & went to my favourite online shop Crafty Emma's of course! Where I gor a few of these just gorgeous Fizzy Moon stamps!!! Sooooo sweet...

Hello!!

Hello to you all....blinkin eck I ain't half missed you lot!

I know its only been a week but, I have truly missed hopping around your blogs & reading the comments you leave for me!!

Well anyhoos!! my op went fine....& I came home on Saturday, really early considering they said I'd be in for up to 10 days!!! This is the first time I've been able to sit up & type properly...I am feeling ok, eating ok now, the district nurse is still coming in every day & checking my wound & giving me an injection to thin my blood! Also I've got these sooooooooo sexy white stocking things that I've gotta wear for 4 weeks..lolololol!!

I am hoping to spend 15 minutes aday online just hopping, I don't think I will be back to making cards just yet....but I soooooooooooo so soooooooo want to!! I had some goodies come yesterday that I ordered from Crafty Emma's & I have just had to stroke them lol! But I would rather take timeout now & get better properly..

Well its Sunday again & I can't wait until tonight my favourite ever, ever, ever, everest program is back on again....NCIS LA its fantastic!!! If you have ever watched CSI (any of them) or NCIS with Gibs & Dinozo (sp?) then you will love this....

Its on Sky 1 at 22:00 just love it & its one of those programs that both me & Nige like so I get snuggles for an hour lol

No card today, just some fabby news!!!!

Well last week was a fab week for me I had a challenge win, a top three & my Freddie the leopard gecko!!!

I won two gorgeous images from Crafty Sentiments!

I also made the top three over at 2 sisters challenge blog!!!

And then of course we had my little man who is now part of the family! He comes out for cuddles every night after tea! He loves just lying or walking

over the sofa...our Katie loves him!!!! Which is good cus I wasn't sure whether the girls would like him!!!

Freddie stalking his wormies lol his eyes go soooooooo big!! He really is a cutie!!

I'm so sorry this post is late!! I haven't been sleeping well at all the last few weeks & today I didn't wake up until 11:45 oops! didn't even wake up when
the girlies went to school!!!! & I know I'm not gonna sleep tonight now argghhhh!!! but never mind on with todays card....

My friend Jules is having a day, her day is Sunday where she uses her scraps, as I try my hardest not to make cards at the weekend!! I have decided to use my scraps whenever I can lol...this little Sprout card is made up of scraps! I think its a fab way to get rid of that ever increasing pile of scraps lolol ...

I decided to take my inspiration from the flowers, but you could

To make Sprout look a bit dirty I used my long neglected chalks to give her dirty patches...I think it looks fab!!

It's All About The Red!!

Well today is our baby girl Katie Kats 13th Birthday

HAPPY 13th BIRTHDAY TO OUR GORGEOUS GIRLIE!!!

Well for her birthday she has had a whopping fish tank, hopefully she will be getting some tropical fish for it today! We need to get the water tested & if the bloke says its ok she can have some fish for it!!! I will take some pics for tomorrows post!

For those of you who have emailed me about my little boy Freddie....

He is a leopard gecko, no idea how old he is because he is a rescue, but they can live for 15-20 years!!! the record being 30!!!!  He will shed about every 4-5 weeks....he does eat his shedded skin (yuk!!) He is about 9" long don't think he will get any bigger...the way to tell wether he is healthy or not is down to the fat store in his tail! So the fatter his tail the healthier he is!! He eats baby grasshoppers about 3 aday, but once a week we have to feed him a pinkie (a new born baby mouse!!! mmmm

 not to keen on that, think Nige will be doing that one lol)

This was Freddie yesterday after he had finished shedding....having snuggles off his daddy!! lol ...His yellow colour is starting to show through now, soooo pretty!!
