OK so its getting to that spooky time of year! I know people in the US really celebrate Halloween, but being in the UK we don't usually really bother with it. But I will say since making cards I have sent out a few Halloween cards & this one is for our Katie Kat! I have started making our Danni's but you will have to wait until Saturday to see that!

After watching all the motor sport that was on TV last weekend, we decided to get tickets to go to Donnington to see the British Touring cars (I loves Jason Plato, he also does 5th Gear) & also to see the truck racing so much fun!! Can't wait! 

Got our holiday first, we go on Saturday, I will still be posting cards, but not sure how much time I will have to comment! But no worries I will catch up with you all when we get back!

My Babies Birthday Card!

Most of you know our Didge (Danni) is abit of a goth! Well its her 15th (OMGOSH!!) birthday at the end of March, I decided to spend this afternoon getting covered ink & generally getting messy! LOL!!

We did go out for a walk earlier & managed to walk 2 & a quarter miles.....I am determined that I won't need to use Sammy (mobility scooter) much when we are in Devon! I also need to loose about a stone & half! Since I had my hysterectomy a year ago, I haven't done anything regards exercise other than the odd game of tennis or bowling on the Wii along with our weekly walks, so need to get my stomach muscles back!! Wow still can't get over how quick that has gone, 12 months has really flown!

Nige was so happy when he finally found this beautiful great spotted woodpecker!! We could hear him ages before Nige spotted him!

Me & my Katie Kat tree hugging! lol! She was squealing because a bug had crawled on her arm, so me being the loving mom I am, pulled her closer to the tree & didn't let go! Oh bad mom!! lololol!! Oh & the tongues sticking out because there's not many photos of me without it! Hehe!

Anyhoos on with Didge's card, this is one of her favourite stamps, that I got especially to use for her & as she likes way out there colours I kinda got a bit carried away lol!!

We are getting there!!

I have an apology to make, I had totally forgotten about measuring Charlie, until Hazel mentioned it to me, but since then the silly doggie has hurt his back leg....so I am really sorry but I promise as soon as I can get him to stand up without crying (greyhounds are notoriously mardy & cry over nothing, but he has hardly moved all day, even when I was putting his dinner in his bowl, he only just lifted his head up) & I think he is ok I will measure him..thanks for understanding xx


I thought whilst I was having a brake from packing I would make a card, I also managed to pack a few crafty things that aren't gonna be used before we move (I hope so anyways lol). Spent most of the day sorting out our bedroom, I really can't believe how much stuff we have horded over the last 15 years its silly...
Anyway my card today is sooooooooooo far away from my norm, but you know what I love it...
