Olympic Teddy!

I just hope Mr Blogger has played ball today & posted this for me, as we are out for the day at Donington Park, to see the British Truck Grand Prix! So fingers crossed it stays dry &
 the sun shines on us!

We all know that the Olympics are a few weeks away, here in the UK. Its going to be so exciting, I will be watching it from am to pm just love watching it!

My First Attempt At Using Pencils!!

I just had to get some, after seeing some of your gorgeous creations using pencils along side your Promarkers! I really didn't think I would be able to get any this month as its Nige's birthday on Monday & as he doesn't spend any money on himself at all, we were gonna treat him big! Well I knew he wanted a new camera, but the one he was looking at was £600 lol....oh well its ordered now!! Anyhoos getting back to my fab pencils, Nige took me to The Range (which is about 3 minutes drive from our house lololol) & I was looking at the pencils, I ended up having a small pack of Derwent just to try! The card below is what I did on my first attempt! Well I fell in love with them & after telling Nige how fabby they were, he went online last night & ordered me the full set of Prisma's what a darling....he is the best! Hope you like what I have done with my Lumpy! Warning lots of pics!

I got these gorgeous papers last time I went to the QVC outlet in Shrew & its the first time I've used them!

I still need lots of practice with them, but they do help with colouring, no doubt about it!

Vintage, Me??

This little cutie kept watching us, there were some that had just been born but we
 couldn't see them properly!


Well I tried, hope you like it as much as our Katie did, as she pinched it as soon as I took the photos! Anyhoos, its time for a new challenge over at Moving Along With The Times!

Where this week we want to see your

 VINTAGE/SHABBY CHIC

 creations, so if your anything like me, go get your inks out & make a mess! lol It was real strange not colouring an image for this card, but I did enjoy messing with my inks & Ecraft.

I must admit vintage doesn't scare me as much as it used to!

I am planning on doing a tutorial on how to make these flowers at the end of May over on Digital Delights, I will let you know when!

The idea for this card came into my head when Nige took me to the QVC outlet shop & I got those 

12 x 12 vintage papers!

Well after lots of searching around the internet & getting really frustrated with myself,  I just couldn't find a 'dress form'. I did in the end find a digi image which my fab whizz of a friend Kim changed into an SVG for me....thank hunnie xxx
